We had a tire blowout on the freeway right outside of this shop. These guys went out of their way to help change our tire in 7 minutes. I tried to offer them beer or send money through Venmo as a way to thank them but they politely declined. I’m in awe of their excellent customer satisfaction! Experienced a failed glow plug on my 2020 Ram EcoDiesel. Called every Ram dealership in the area and every single one told me the glow plug would likely snap, but they would "try". I spoke with Rob at Left Coast over the phone and explained what I was dealing with. He said the truck would likely stay a few days while they worked carefully on removing the glow plug. Please to say they did the replacement with no issues. Austin was also very helpful explaining how they would do it and what to watch out for in the future. A glow plug may sound minor but it was giving me a check engine light and preventing me from passing smog. Huge headache now gone. No one wants to deal with diesel problems, but if more arise I'll be back at Left Coast Livermore.

We brought our 7.3L Diesel Excursion to Left Coast on a trailer with an unknown but catastrophic issue. Rob and the team diagnosed it, proposed a solution, and then perfectly executed a series of complex and challenging fixes. The end result is the vehicle brought back to life and running better than ever. Rob and the team were patient and they took the time to walk through every step and answer every question. We couldn't be happier with the result and are now forever customers.

I brought my truck in because I was having a major oil leak at the front of the motor. They fixed the front main seal and told me it was good to go so I drove it home and by the time I made it home my motor was covered in oil. And then I asked about another service item if it can be done and they quoted me a 5 digit figure so I called the dealership and it was a 3500 dollar fix Prices are to high for overlooked problems and no solutions
